Very pleasant experience. The rates are very decent. It was very clean and quiet. Good people on staff. It has comfy beds, tv, wifi, fridge, microwave. Everything you need or want. It's also in a spot where ADM's putrid "air" doesn't hit, so no foul smell. Would stay their 10 out of 10 times.

The place was very clean and safe area with stores in walking distance. The younger good looking gentleman that works at the front deck is very sweet and more then willing to help. The maids are also very friendly. Feel very safe and almost an at home feeling. The cost was only $63.00 a night that's not bad at all for the rooms and the AC is ICE COLD. room 120 is great. They even have a very nice grass area in the back for like picnics or just to relax.
Great place for the money ,spent a couple of days here ,the heater worked great . Everyone there super helpful . I've seen other reviews about this place. Personally I didnt see any lady's of the evening or drug use . If I need a room again in Decatur, I'd stay here again without thinking twice
